Tax / VAT / NIS

At PABS, we ensure all your government (BIR & NIS) obligations are paid up while minimizing your liabilities to the government. We can come in and set up a system to easily ensure your paperwork is in order and then file taxes for you.

We also have offerings to automate these payments and ensure you have no surprises.

Bookkeeping

PABS can ensure your books are in order so management has insight into where money is going. This usually involves an initial setup followed by a negligible maintenance fee. We can perform this service on your system or use our own system. If you need permanent staff, we can provide staff who can perform the daily operations to ensure your finances are in order and periodically provide management accounts.

New business registration

PABS can walk you through then entire process to set up your new business. You come with the idea and we can create your business plan, assist you to get financing, and file the paperwork to get your started.

Regulatory filings

PABS can handle all your regulatory filings ensuring you can focus 100% of your energy where it matters.

Payroll

In keeping with our philosophy of supporting you, we at PABS can ensure that your payroll is handled. This includes all taxes (NIS, PAYE, etc.) so that you do not have to worry.

Auditing

PABS works with trusted partners who can audit your accounts. We can also work with your current auditor. We'll prepare and handle any requests from the auditor so that they can audit your books in a timely fashion.

For legal reasons, PABS cannot do accounting and be your auditor. And we prefer the intimacy of working with our clients on an ongonig basis to the detached work of simply being your auditor.

Business plans

PABS can create business plans for new and existing businesses. Most of our clients use these to get financing. For clients where money is tight, we can arrange so that you pay a negligible fee up front and pay the majority upon receipt of funds. We are confident that if we do your business plan you will get funding. If we do not think you will get funding after working with you, we will not do the plan - saving you time and hassle.
